J.P. Bowman Ltd. traces its roots back to 1948, when Joe P. Bowman first started the company in a shop less than 2000 sq. ft. It has grown to include his son, Doug Bowman who is currently CEO. Doug joined his father in 1963 and became President in 1977. Doug´s partner Murray Brooks joined the company in 1967 and is its President and General Manager. The third generation of Bowman´s is now poised to lead the company into the future. James (Jamie) Bowman started with the company in 1989 and like Doug and Murray before him, has learned the business from the ground up, became a Tool and Die Maker and is presently Vice President. Today, J.P. Bowman Ltd. is successfully competing in the global market place from a purpose built state of the art facility.
